豬生殖與呼吸道綜合症活毒疫苗

每劑量(2ml)含:Live Attenuated PRRS virus, strain VP-046 BIS…103.5-105.5 CCID50。

稀釋液:Phosphate buffer solution; 效能: 母豬及女豬:減少或降低European PRRS virus感染引起之生殖障礙,毒血症發生率與時程,經胎盤病毒傳染,組織與病毒量及臨床症狀。

於實驗室試驗中,可降低所產仔豬於28日齡前感染PRRS virus引起之死亡率與增重不足。

依據攻毒試驗結果:接種疫苗30日後即具免疫力,且免疫力可持續達16週。

豬(足4週齡起): 減少或降低European PRRS virus感染引起之臨床症狀、毒血症發生率與時程、受感染動物的病毒脫落期間。

於實驗環境中, 可降低肺部組織的病毒負荷量。

於田間環境中, 可降低肥育期間感染PRRS virus 引起之死亡率與增重不足。

接種疫苗4週後即具免疫力, 且免疫力可持續達24週。

用法用量: 每頭於頸部肌肉注射或皮內注射。

皮內注射器具應由授權製造者供應, 或使用其他可施打0.2ml/dose的合適無針注射器具(注射力度: 400-190N, 噴嘴直徑: 0.25mm)。

豬(足4週齡起):肌肉注射2ml或皮內注射0.2ml。

母豬及女豬: 女豬於配種前4週施打一劑量, 母豬於配種前2週或懷孕第8-9週(約配種後60天)施打一劑量(2ml)的疫苗。

僅可 在足6月齡的種母豬交配前, 同時施打海博萊豬丹毒桿菌、豬小病毒不活化混合疫苗(動物藥入字第07068號), 混合後的疫苗液需在調配完成後之2小時以肌肉注射方式施打。
